  • Immersion Blender or Food Processor or High Speed Blender
  • Glass Container

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Ounces Silken Tofu
  • 1 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Kala Namak Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a jar or large dish and use an immersion blender to combine. If you don't have an immersion blender feel free to use a regular blender or a food processor.
