Add your orange juice to the chopped apples along with vanilla and cinnamon mix to combine.
Add 1/2 of coconut sugar and 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil to your apples mixture.
Fold gently to combine.

Lets begin with the crumble. Walnuts and Coconut Oil
Make sure you have all of your ingredients handy. Oats and other half of coconut sugar.

Put all of the crumble ingredients in a mixing bowl and get your fork to combine.
Use a fork. But to be honest I had to stop mid way and use my clean hands, it was so therapeutic guys.
The combined crumble mixture should look like this. Grab your baking dish and turn on the oven at 375 for 40 minutes.
Place your apple mixture and then your crumble on top. Here is a side view.
Here is a top view. Place in the oven at 375 for 40 minutes. Remember oven baking times may vary on your oven so check at the 20 minute mark to make sure everything is cooking well.
When the crumble is nice and golden and well cooked let cool for 5 to 10 minutes and serve while still warm with a doll up of vanilla vegan ice cream or in my case some coconut whip cream. Enjoy.
